How do I set up my first rule? Open the PDF Extractor panel in Gmail™, click "Open Settings", enter your Gmail™ label name and your Google Drive™ folder ID, then click "Save Rule".
Where do I find my Google Drive™ folder ID? Open your folder in Google Drive™ and look at the URL. Everything after "/folders/" is your folder ID.
What happens if an email has no PDF? The email will be moved to your error label (default: [Error]) so you can review it.
Can I use multiple labels and folders? Yes! You can add as many label → folder rules as you need in Settings.
How do I re-process a PDF I accidentally deleted? Go to Settings → Advanced → Clear Cache, then re-apply your label to the email and run again.
How often does it run automatically? PDF Extractor scans your labeled emails every 10 minutes automatically.
