Paperless Inbox ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PDF Extractor Gmail™ add-on. This page explains how we handle your data.
PDF Extractor requires access to your Gmail™ and Google Drive™ accounts solely to perform the following functions:
Reading Gmail™ messages and attachments that you have labeled
Saving PDF attachments to the Google Drive™ folder you specify
Modifying Gmail™ labels and archiving emails after processing
PDF Extractor does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, email content, or file content to any external server. All processing happens entirely within your own Google™ account.
The only data stored by the add-on is:
Your label and folder configuration rules (stored in your Google™ account via Apps Script™ PropertiesService)
A list of processed file identifiers used for duplicate detection (stored locally in your Google™ account)
Your data is used exclusively to provide the PDF extraction service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
We do not share your data with any third parties. PDF Extractor operates entirely within Google's infrastructure.
Your configuration and processing history are stored in your Google account and can be cleared at any time using the Clear Cache button in the add-on settings. Uninstalling the add-on removes all associated data.
PDF Extractor uses Google's OAuth 2.0 for authentication. We never see or store your Google™ credentials.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
